Dosage Guide
Finding the ideal dosage for peri- and menopause symptoms is not a one-size-fits-all solution due to the wide range of symptoms and individual differences in health and endocannabinoid balance. With hormone levels changing over time, you might need to adjust your optimal dosage needs.
For those new to CBD, we recommend using the step-up method.
Begin by taking 10mg of CBD three times a day, roughly every four hours, around mealtimes. Maintain this dosage for a week and slowly increase it over ten days using our graduated pipette. Monitor your symptoms to assess how you are feeling. Consider whether your symptoms worsen at a particular time of day or have they improved. Are you still in pain, struggling to fall asleep or still experiencing anxiety?
Up your dosage in 5mg increments, and remember not to exceed 70mg daily.
Anxiety: Mild to Medium dosage
Pain: Medium to Strong dosage
Insomnia: Strong dosage
